Dear brees - I am not sure it is panic selling. 1st, let me take a step back, several of my good cyberfriends here on SI hold MIDLW [if they have not already liquidated;] in fact, I have considered entering into a posiiton at one point - so I have every wish for the holders to come out ahead. However, Midland has rescinded the reverse merger agreement with Acron, so the fundamental story of why the shares [MIDL, MIDLW and MIDLP] have been on a tear in the past several months must be reexamined. I am sorry you ve lost money [on paper] and indeed Midland may be on the mend, but I think people should know the full story - that Midland may have a chance to go back as a shell.

best, Bosco

Thanks for the info on MIDL. That whole situation looks scary. It makes you wonder about every aspect of MIDL's credibility including whether their past accounting is valid. Bankruptcy could be on the horizon.
