JL...You might also keep an eye on Yahoo's new "Insider" section. They keep moving it around, but you can access it either from the quote screen or the profile screen. They show the Hawkes buy on 5/1. Jean

JL, You and I go way back......Remember going over this stuff before? Hawks has a history of exercising options and selling. I remember his name over and over on the insider seller list. Do you? Harrison Walther has sold before.....but I remember it being a family situation where he was not able to keep many of his shares due to some "community property" type of thing. Don't remember. The Hawks thing I do remember. If he paid cash for those shares......then I believe we have a very bullish sign. The market can't see it, of course. bg
