>>>The second part of my post referred to Jon's second point about leopards not changing
their spots. This does have some merit - for both Lichtman and Hayton. You obviously
agree, otherwise we wouldn't be reading all the posts about Lichtman.

No, Lichtman responded and got into more contradictions. Hayton has yet to respond. Neither you nor I know whether any form of a legal notice has been served to Wired or Stock Detective. But I'd say there's quite a bit of assumption on the part of others without this knowledge, wouldn't you?

About leopards changings spots? They don't need to. They're leopards and they know they're leopards and the people who see them know they're leopards. I haven't yet seen what Hayton has to say regarding his version of the events. I have seen some of Lichtman's response, and I happen to see contradictions. Hence, my comments, based on what I know from two sides of the story.

I have always reserved judgment regarding Hayton until able to learn more about the situation. All I've seen thusfar is a product of prejudice, notwithstanding any prior difficulties he may or may not have had.
