To Those following the PTHR thread:

Here are some people who can be contacted to give their opinion on the company. These people have all been involved in the company to some degree and their reputations are good:
Mr. Grunberg
Mr. Bryson Farrill
Mr. John Sanderson

I do not think what they would have to say would be very uplifting, but I suggest you personally call to to verify their opinions.

An unverified rumor is that Mr. VanHoucken has resigned, which removes the last (limited) geology experience from the company. I have not seen a mining company ever with this low level of mining experience. It was not very high with Mr. VanHoucken there, but it now is to the point where it cannot go lower. He was associated with URT in the final stages and now this company. I will try to contact him for a candid conversation.

So far, everyone that has been contacted who has had dealings with this company is not very positive about them. They have either been neutral (would not say anything about them) or were quite negative.

It should be noted that all, but possibly one, of the investing reports put out as touting the stock have been paid by PTHR to do so. There is no one in the industry, to my knowledge, that is seriously looking at the company.

Rumors are universally negative at this point. It seems that the property potential is good, the players are not.

For those of you who have stocks in the company, good luck.

Jim
