IMHO, there are two factors I'm looking at that lead me to believe that TSIS is being accumulated by longer term investors as opposed to speculators:

1. No rapid run-up in price. Even with fairly big news like GTE, TSIS's price has held pretty steady. No major speculation going on. If there was, I believe TSIS would have gone up to the mid .60's to low .70's on the GTE announcement.

2. We've found a pretty solid bottom in the .50's and I think a lot of the short term speculators have gone on to other seemingly "greener" pastures.

I do believe that it is inevitable that the speculators will return when TSIS begins to move substantially again and those who are long will have to put up with the ups and downs that speculators bring. But on each rise to a new higher level, there will be less speculators at each level. I think once TSIS blows by this little barrier at .60, we will find another stable base in the .70's for a bit and then on to another base at .95 to $1.00 by the end of July-- depending on what THIS quarters financials start to look like. The kick-off to all of this will be the release of the FEB-APRIL financials due out VERY SOON!
