FYI: Viagra Drug Interactions All protease inhibitors decrease Viagra clearance and increase Viagra effects. However, NNRTIs increase Viagra clearance and decrease Viagra effects. Also, as you already know, don't mix Viagra and nitroglycerin meds (including amyl nitrate) because of serious hypotension (low blood pressure). Therefore, IMO, at this time, it is probably best to not take Viagra, or similar drug, with any triple combo treatment (and probably any HAART or similar treatment regimen). Who knows what will happen regarding clinical, physiological effects? Certainly avoid taking Viagra with nitroglycerin cardiac (heart) drugs. <eom>
