I look for the one-time gain to be substantially less than $2M. The previous agreement had NTN retaining $800k in accounts receivable, and the current agreement seems to trade those for cash (which is good). Also, I don't know what assets go along with the sale; but, I suspect that it will be much less than $1M, so a net gain. This gain will be offset by the satellite charge, but I still expect the net to be positive. If we can avoid any one-time charges for the next two weeks, Q2 may be in the black. (D, I've got my asbestos suit ready after making that prediction ;-)
