Bama, I have heard this as long ago as 2 months. The problem with AIPN is that they are still feeling like they have to string people along in order to invest and end up creating expectations that they can not meet and loose credibility in the process. It is a well known joke that George Faris tells time in dog years. I for one have stopped obsessing about the time table and have accepted that he has made significant progress but should step down and let someone with financial connections deal with the next phase as CEO and he as Chairman of the Board it would add $2-3.00 to the share price over night. This Equity financing has really pissed me off and is going to be a subject of major discussion at the Annual Meeting as far as I am concerned. FWIW DrRisk
