Fisher himself, , and any assistants, secretaries, employees, Mrs. Fisher (if any), his sons, daughters, sons in law, daughters in law, mother, grandchildren, father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, kid he pays to walk the dog, the dog itself, neighbors, and yes, Arcon Energy. Basically ANYONE who benefitted from his deceipt. Just a legal way of stopping him from trying to transfer any money before it can be recovered. :-) Binder
