Hey all,

I'd like top thank all those for their responses to my dilemma. I still don't undersr=tand how my order got filled at the highest price of the early morning.

I called Datek and complained, and they told me basically that I am at the mercy of the market makers.

It'svery rare that I feel strongly in a negative way, but I feel that I got ripped. There were obviously shares trading at prices BELOW what I purchased my stock at. SIGH. Well, goes to show you. Those market makers, I dunno, maybe we could have a good old fashioned lynching of those creeps.

I'm wondering if there is anything I can do, I'm considering writing a fruitless letter to the SEC.

Anyways, from what I hear, everything in MRV is going fine. I have no Clue where the hell Pinky gets his info that the sales force is leaving in masses, it ain't true.

My guess is that Pinky relishes profiting from tearing things down rather than building something. What is so great about the stockj market is that you get to be part of building and creating, even if it's just supplying the capital to the minds that Can Do.

Anyways, if anybody has any info on where would be a good place to write about this it would be appreciated. I am Definitely writing Datek again after having been told over the phone that I got screwed by the market makers. Does anyone have some rope?

Richard
