I am extremely glad VISX blew away estimates and rejuvinated the laser eye field. Jim- Do you have any opinion on how the news about Summit settling with FTC will affect VISX? How can a settlement be in the best interests of Summit and VISX? Is it a one time lump sum or it going to mean the reduction of license fees to VISX on a permanent basis? A bit of good news is the rapid increase of these procedures!!
