Yes, it's a well written article and very readable. However, I failed to find what about cheap Bill. Instead, I liked the way MicroSoft doing business. It's business! It's war! Netscape may still need to find a big partner sooner or later. It's the only way for them to avoid to be killed by MicroSoft's invisible knife that execute a software company with no bleeding. Either Oracle or Sun Microsystems may be good for taking over Netscape. Or even all of the three link together to form a stronger rival of MicroSoft.
