" Don't confuse the FTC and DOJ actions against Intel and Microsoft as an attempt to correct any inequities in the market place. These actions should be seen for what they really are - political actions. The FTC and DOJ are being manipulated by political considerations, driven by Sun and Netscape (against Microsoft) and AMD and others against Intel. These political actions, coupled with enormous fees spread around to all the lawyers and staff associated with these actions, are the root cause and no amount of common sense - from Greenspan or others - will make these "inquisitions" go away. Paul
