Even with 5 million shares it wont go up because the MM's will not let it go up.

I don't think you are imagining anything because we all can see what is going on as well, although not as well without Level II. What I do believe though is that the MMs can only keep TSIG down so long. The MMs are not gods. The market is simple supply and demand.

If there is more buying than selling the stock will go up in price. If the supply is less than the demand the stock will go up in price.

The reason this is not happening with TSIG is that when buys come in the MMs call around to brokerage houses and find firms to lend them shares to short. They then pound the bid with these shorts and drop the stock price accordingly. Not to mention the fact that they play games with the stock price too. Remember there are over 7 million shorts in this stock.

The MMs cannot manipulate the stock movements beyond their control. If some major news comes out that makes people buy like crazy and nobody is willing to sell their shares at the current bid then the MMs have no choice but to raise the bid to entice sellers. There is no way around it. They need shares to buy at the bid and flip at the ask or they don't make any money.

Now when major news is released on TSIG the MMs will try their best to keep it down. They will widen the spread to try to keep new money out and rocket the stock up and down and try to scare people into selling. But the stock will still rise either way. No getting around it.

Those are my thoughts...
