Dr. Vee: What are your motivations for your post? I have talked to the company and their representatives 3 times in the last few days and I have faith in them. I bought more DGIV today (at bargain basement prices) and it is now my largest holding in both of my online accounts. Trust and credibility are important. I trust DGIV and I feel that Jimmy Chin and his team are very credible. I could have put my extra money into more Dell or Microsoft stock. These companies have performed very well for me and I will hold onto my shares in these firms. Yet, with DGIV I see much, much more upside potential in the next 3-5 years. Consider all of the great DD that has been shared on this thread. It is only the beginning. Some people may question DGIV. Others will buy it at a deep discount (to what it is really worth). IMHO, the stock price will not stay at these levels very long. I'm holding all of my shares and sleeping very well tonight.

I repeat, this DrVee is connected with "stocdetective".He also post on PLFM and GLOW threads,(abuse people there as well} and they both appeared in "stockdetective".They both had big price drop .We had release about the GERMAN deal and we went down just because potential investors got scared the day before the news release. Now we expect Form 10 and they are active again. We should report him and "stockdetective" to SEC to stop this abuse .We have enough evidence.Bob

Like the stockman_scott persona who speaks in perfect electronic marketing sentences, I too will sleep very well tonight, assured that I have no hard evidence that Jimmy Chin even exists, but knowing I have done my bit to warn people off this dog.

V, i would personally appreciate it if, you kept your negative unsubstantiated inuendo to yourself...you see if, you had some comments that had reason and a factual basis, we would gladly try and reason with you but, you, represent a prime example of negative hype/bashing. whether you are joking or not it is in very poor taste.

the one joy i have is in knowing, once we are up and running our site, these exact type of unsubstantiated negative comments will be disallowed and the writers will be banned, not simply suspended for a few days..

again we welcome constructive criticism however, what you do is far from that and unsupported it's just plain not funny.

no reply is needed, as i won't respond.

folks, please give the neanderthals space in the time continium

>>>>FOOD FOR THE THOUGHTLESS>>.>>>>>>>>

>>A physician friend of mine asked me to post this message on his behalf since he hasn't signed up yet with SI to post....<<

RM: Oh, yeah, that's really credible :-)

>>What if this whole DGIV thing was a hoax all along.... in fact the biggest scam the Internet commerce has yet known?<<

RM: What if they set up offices in Santa Monica, offices in Las Vegas, offices in Russia, in Indonesia, in Australia, etc, independent accountants in LA, all of which can be called, just to cover their little hoax.

>>What if this stock was hyped by 3-4 insiders who stand to benefit a great deal from driving up the stock price?

RM: What if those insiders are so stupid they held their shares all the way down from 8 to 4 without selling a single share.

>>What if DGIV has no real plans to be listed on NASDAQ.. for obvious reasons?

RM: What if you are worried abut such a listing, for obvious reasons?

>>What if DGIV has no real contracts with any of the countries it names in its PR releases.... at least none that anyone has or can verify?

RM: What if a lot of us have called to verify that, and you havent?

>>What if DGIV doesn't have the technology that it claims to have.... or least none that anyone has actually seen?

RM: What if some of us have seen and used the Unix-based Gateways with 43:1 voice compression sitting in their facilities?

>>What if DGIV's revenues were generated primarily from selling plain old telephone equipment ?

RM: What if the leading VoIP authority includes DGIV gateways in their list of vendors?

>>What if the news releases were engineered by DGIV's PR firm to hype the stock..... and that there is no real basis for any of that info?

RM: What if this post was engineered by a shorter to bring the stock down ... and that there is no real basis for any of this info?

>>What if DGIV didn't make the $ 0.02 /share it claims to have made last year particularly since these aren't audited numbers?

RM: What if audited financials show that they made more than that in the first quarter?

>>What if the FBI is now hot on the trail of these insiders who have been hyping this stock ?

RM: What if the SEC is now hot on the trail of those shorters who have been bashing this stock?

Don't ask me, I am just posing some questions... I got these from a doctor friend of mine :-)

IMPORTANT SURVEY

I'm conducting a survey of the individuals on this thread to get their views of the "What If" scenario described in Post # 13535.

Could you please read it and let me know your reaction?

I will summarize the results for your benefit so we have a better understanding of the views of the people on this thread.

thanks

Dr. Vee

What I'm wondering...Is there really a GOD?
Only those investors who have done their DD here on Digicom can feel comfortable with their investment as the stock price slips. These questions by your "doctor friend" are obviously conjured up because of his inability and laziness to seek out the answers himself! Why sit in doubt when you can call the company? Duh...My good friend has visited the company on many times within the last few months, has met Jimmy Chin and witnessed the drive of a company committed to global dominance in the telephony industry. Do you think my friend sits around asking himself these same stupid questions? What a ridiculous post! I'm sorry, but if your intention is to stir up needless panic--your efforts will go unnoticed by the serious, diligent investors here!! OH, and by the way, I know there is a GOD and DIGICOM does here to stay!

DrVee,
I vote against your statements. You have made accusations but have not substantiated them. I view your statements as unsubstaniated and fearmongering. They have been responded to by other posters. There are many phone numbers to call.
Investors can and should check with the SEC. There is no negative info on public record at the SEC.
