If they don't have a patent. You have nothing more than a worthless shell that can't pay for an IR man. If they DO have a patent. Patient shareholders should prevail as one man isn't going to make much difference in your company. Ya, you just might want to clear up which scenario you guys are looking at here. It means a big difference on where MIDL is going. (plus if you figure it out, you might get new, potential investors like myself to buy and support this mess -cause there's no way I'm touching this until that answer is cleared up 100%) Good Trading! -DavidCG
