Ticker showed two transactions at 18.25 just after a 60K block near the close... a few other trades in the upper 15s and 17+ also on the way to the 18+....a very quick spike to say the least.

Mark,

The price quote was real. I sold 1000 shares at 18 just before the close. The order was a GTC order entered three weeks ago. Now I feel I sold too early but I still have 4K.
