I hope to see a deal finalized this week. This company has fundamentals.

Large shareholder of the company are the officers.
Diverse
Big growth in there industries.
Good CEO.
High profit margins.
More possible deals!
High possible EPS.

TGW.. We can fight and fight, but the earnings will be the mover. You have to agree on that! I expect a small last year and possibly a gain for the 4th quarter and maybe a gain for this years 1st quarter. Most of Globals income will start next quarter. This company has potential or else you wouldn't be here. I can't wait for the future!!

"The company is concluding its financial audit. Once complete, the Company intends to file a Form 10 with the SEC to become a fully reporting company."

Any thoughts on if we will hear/see any financial statements before the end of July?
