I'd be very tempted by those quick 10%s, if I'd been smart enough to pick the leaders as you did. As it is, still waiting for CYMI and ASYT, and suspect I'll need to take a slightly longer view on them.

Andrew,

I included this current chart of ASYT for your viewing pleasure. I bought a couple thousand shares of this @ around $15. In spite of today's "up" day in the NASDAQ, ASYT continues to sag. Can you think of any fundamental reason, or is this just a great time to add more shares.

Hard to understand this price action considering the great earnings news they released less than a month ago. Of course, logic flies in the face of fear, but there seems to be little to fear here, especially at these price levels.

Regards,

Knip

Hi AV,
From the way the market has been going on lately I wanted your opinion
regarding NVLS. I know there is a joint venture with LRCX on the copper application.

Do you think during this summer stock transition, the price of NVLS maybe within $27 per share value. The current 52 WEEK low is around $28.5, Most semiconductor companies have already forecast a slower & lower
3th Qrt. That is to say most are performing even below their last year 3th Qtr -4th Qtr expectation.

Ideally would you say / suggest the time frame to buy stock's with-in this industry would be by the 3rd week after the SEMI-CON WEST show @ CA, and perhaps Late August to mid- September '98?.

Do you have a ideal stock valve to buy on NVLS?

Thanks AV
