Mark: Thanks for sharing your insights. I believe you are right on target. DGIV will have a double digit price soon enough. The hand writing is on the wall. It clearly takes faith and trust to get on board early. Yet, the rewards will be much greater.

Have a good evening.

Mark: The Louis contract comes onstream this month (revs. 1MM$/month). The Indonesian telco is a running business. I don't know what the JD deal in S.E.Asia brings them. They also have their basic business which provided $0.02/share for 1997 . There is other stuff that I do not know how to quantify but means inmediate cash flows (Morodavia, the russian telco deals).

With regards to valuations that is a tricky business. Ciena was sold to Tellabs for 12.3 times sales (2 weeks ago, 7.3 billion for 580 MM revenues!), and they sell equipment. They are far removed from the "customer".
Also, DGIV cannot be fully compared with QWst etc etc which operate in the U.S. where the pricing is cut throat. Margins are much better in other parts of the world, where DGIV is positioned.

I see explosive growth starting from the point the SB-10 is presented. A second explosion when it becomes marginable. A third explosion when it becomes NASDAQ.
