Rule 144: A "constructive Insider" cannot sell his shares anytime he wishes. He only has certain windows of time to sell shares. He must therefore determine what that window is, publish a number of seemingly valuable press releases just prior, find a few niave individuals to blindly promote the stock, then at the peak dump his shares, declare bankrupcy, and have his trust repurchase the property at a depressed price, then begin the process again. What part of this don't u understand. jmt
