Ronaldo, DGIV has a chance to make a ton of money in the next couple of years. Jimmy is laying out the groundwork and is in Egypt as we speak and won't return home until the end of the week. It's a good bet that we will hear about a new POP being set up in the Middle East in the next month. DGIV has literally unlimited potential at this point in time. But there is no such thing as a sure thing. The next couple of quarters are key. We need to see signs of real revenues, satisfied customers, continued growth, and the continued ability to finance all this impressive growth. When you get in on the ground floor like this, there is extra risk.

The key for me is unless this is a complete and utter scam, there is no downside risk from here. At $4 a share the Indonesia and Louis contracts alone justify the $4 share price.

I agree with your key points: 1. The 10-SB has to be credible, if it is we get a nice bump to $6 or 8. 2. When we get NASDAQ listed that should be good enough for another 5 points 3. Let investors see a couple of quarters of new contracts and real revenue growth to "prove" legitimacy and DGIV could easily be $20 stock in 6 months.

At any rate I like where I stand.
