No. I am saying that someone who has 250,000 shares short who deals more in innuendo than cold hard facts and does not disclose the large position in his 'recommendations' is being less than honest.

If Asensio said "I am short a quarter million shares and here is why I think you should be too..." that's one thing. To state that "Biotime has no market and their products are falsely promoted and are no better than what is already available" while providing no evidence as to any one point, while not disclosing that every point in his favor will make him a cool 250g richer is what I have a problem with.

I believe that his 'recommendations' should tell the whole story.
