There are a lot of unknowns which we will not no until shortly ebfore the offerring. Price, for example, will be decided shortly before opening bell on the first day of trading. TSQD will issue "amended" registration statements as time progresses and more is known. YOu will something like an S-8/A appear at Edgar site.

I am not counting on TSQD offering TSQD shareholders first crack at DR shares. It owuld be nice, but I don't expect it.

Ronning sold another 400K shares...

Per filing with SEC, Ronning sold 400K shares from the middle to the end of May.

His selling does not make me nervous. It is the market's perception of the selling that makes me nerovus <g>. But I don't care. He still has 3.5 million shares left with an option to pick up another million at $1.50 in September.
