Kurt you point is valid and taken but it is not a fact UNTIL sold. That was my point. No one likes to see a loss paper or otherwise.

Right now I would settle for a press release that documents "PROOF" that either John Spriggs, Arcon or Midland owns the rights to the patents. This means numbers and facts to back up all claims.

Can someone explain to me why Bussiness Wire states John H. Spriggs, is the C.O.O. of Midland. I thought he was C.O.O. of Arcon Energy. Is he the C.O.O. of both Midland and ARcon? If so how can he seperate himself from Midland. If this is an error on the part of BUSINESS WIRE they should be called on it since they are being paid for their service.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1998--John H. Spriggs, C.O.O. of Midland, Inc. (OTC/BB:MIDL - news), today announces their wholly owned subsidiary Arcon Energy has received a request from Exxon (NYSE:XON - news) for samples of ''DF-144.''

Don't mean to be nit picky but it is errors and omissions that make it hard to get to all the facts.
