Richard, I spoke with the CFO, A.E. today, prior to the news release, so he did not tell me the actual figures (which later were released as 10,000/wk seed production has been reached in June) but was very confident and pleased with where they have been, where they are and where they are going. Sounded very upbeat. Thought upgrades and new estimates would probably be coming as a result of being on/ahead of schedule. Helped to put me more at peace after minor slide on all the good news. Feels its just timing of market and certainly due to NO intrinsic news. Yes I heard of upgrade, but only headline, did not hear of any target price. Also no plans regarding stock split known at this time. Solid

Richard I received the updated oppenheimer report today. Everything looks very positive. They increased their 12 month price target from $35. to $40. Opp. also raised the fiscal 98 and 99 earnings estimate to .25 and .86 per share from .20 and .81. They still believe their estimates are very conservative. Oppenheimer believes that seed revenue will once again exceed their third quarter estimate, as they believe that Mentor Corp. last week shipped over 13,000 seeds. I was so encouraged by the report, that I bought additional shares at 26 1/2. Based on my estimate of an average of 12,000 seeds shipped per week in the third quarter, I come up with seed revenue of 3.12 mill. plus revenue of 800,000 for the core business, total rev. at 3.92 mill. and net income of 980,000, eps of .14. Not to bad! The story keeps getting better and better with this company. I haven't heard from you in a while! I hope things are going well. Take care.
