In TED's absence, I can respond that the Muffy story is a private deal at the moment, but the authors would surely consider any hostile takeover bid from FBN as friendly, because we ain't got much else going for us in this bear market correction. <Oh, carp! My portfolio has turned to manure over the past week.>
