The most consistent source of data I've used is BMI off a cable modem.

A bit expensive. There are pirate versions, I understand, but I have never become involved in that so that's all I can tell ya.

I cannot even tell you exactly what the BMI data costs because it varies depending on what exchanges you are looking for. Suffice it to say, it will be several hundred bucks a month.

You might also try Signal Online and PC Quote. I have been considering Signal with NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, OPRA and NASDAQ Level II and it will cost around $260 a month for that. There is a break for buying a years worth of service in advance.
