Premier good morning to you. Yesterday, I had some hassles with my wife's doctor's office becasue they have not been paid by my Blue Shield of Northeastern New York plan for treatmen... for nine months of services. Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. I asked the accountant in the doctor's office what the best of all the health plans in the state were and she said right out, "Oxford Health. We never. Ever have any problems with them. The are simply the best and you are lucky if you have Oxford". End quote.
