Rocketman,
First, I really appreciate your thorough notes from the Incyte meeting. I may finally get in and make it a permanent position. I've been hitting myself for not buying back when it was 10 pre-split after looking into it. Pretty clear these guys are going to be around for a long time and still have a long way to go. Whichever analysts downgraded based upon PKN are missing the big picture.

Just a note on your PKN insider sales. Ayefan was the founder and CEO of PBIO which PKN acquired last year. His reputation is a bit seedy would be one way to put it. I'd guess he was simply looking for an out and I wouldn't necessarily classify his sales as meaningful to PKN. Pretty common for new executives via acquisition to dump. His timing certainly was good.
