I'm very excited about Qwest, I just can't figure out the stock yet.

In Los Angeles for residential service, Qwest charges me no monthly fee or minimum for:

10 cents inter-state, or 7.5 cents using an access #;

5 cents within California

pay $2.65 a month to get cheap internat'l rates, e.g. 13 cents to Australia or Europe. All rates are 24 x 7.

Qwest CEO claims they can sell service at 2 cents a minute and make money. I believe it. I dealt with these guys at Southern Pacific when I worked at Chevron. Very smart with incredible vision.
