Steve-- On the Caye Chapel thread, you said that Oilex' selloff today was caused by restricted shares coming onto the market. What I am wondering, who owned those shares, and why didn't they consider Oilex a reasonable enough investment at 15&#162 to stay in? I realize you likely don't know this information, but this really puzzles me. After all, if I am interested in averaging down, why wouldn't somebody who already has a crapload of shares not keep them? I wrote to Oilex to ask for their ideas, but really don't expect a reply.
