He did not state directly only that their was a clerical mixup. Being that there was a majority vote (51% of outstanding shares), I really think this issue is a mute one at this time. I know everyone wants to point a finger at someone to blame but you are only kicking a dead horse. Agreed it does raise questions of trust, lets just give them a few days to put out a PR or you could call if you feel inclined to discuss your distrusts.
