>> With regards to the structuring of information, do you think the upgrade below, from a recent press release, addresses this problem? <<

The upgrade as mentioned only involves the addition of a text-based search engine. Our disappointment with the site came in the actual search results - there is not enough information on the vendors to engender actual business to business commerce and trade. It is one thing to enhance the search engine, and entirely another thing to update the entire (2.75 million (?) entry database) to make it something that we can actually use. The name, address and telephone number of a contact is useless if you do not know what the company specializes in. For example, we looked up companies that dealt in wine and spirits. We pulled up a number of companies in France but while we had the name, etc of the company, there was no information on what these companies sold or dealt with. Wine is a very general category; do they deal with white wines and red wines or do they only specialize in a particular region's harvest? Are merlots and chianti available? These are just some of the questions that a business asks another business.

>> How do you know about subscribers? <<

No reasonable business would sign up with PNLK in it's current unfinished beta form. PNLK has stated that major upgrades are on the way. Why sign up now when these much needed upgrades are not in place yet? If they do sign up, I would sure like to know what they saw in PNLK to want to join up at this point in it's life cycle.

>> What does the pumping and dumping that occurred with this stock in
its infancy have to do with its long term prospects or its potential business partners? <<

Call it stigma or bad karma. Most investors are leery of companies that have had the pump and dump heaped on them. Negative write-ups in no less than the WSJ and in lesser knowns such as Stock Detective don't exactly help to inspire confidence either. Companies may be turned off by the notoriety.

>> My response to you assumes your motives for posting on this thread are pure. <<

Just posting my observations on a company that we were interested in as a business tool. If I were shorting this stock, I would be forthright. I don't play BB issues long or short.
