Global's announcements indicate enough changing around of the refining process that it seems no longer possible to believe they are terribly close to production. If they were close, Global would have a refining technique that was basically settled, and would only be working out finer points. As others have said, it seems they are rather still peeling the onion, and there seems no very clear indication of how long the onion peeling may continue. Instead of months, it seems possible that it may be years until they succeed, if they ever do, in obtaining an economical refining method.

Ed seems, however, to think Global is close to success. But since the resin process they are now trying is new to them, I don't understand the basis for believing they are indeed close. Perhaps Ed could explain the grounds for optimism.

"If you sold them now because of your frustration you would soon be ready to shoot yourself"

Ed: Do you care to define soon? One month? Three months? Six months? Six years?

Everything is always "soon" with this company. We are always waiting for the latest "breakthrough" to result in cash flow. So what is the definition of soon this time? How long do we have to wait before we decide if we should shoot ourselves?

Seems to me if you can't answer that question, we have to assume your comment to be unsubstantiated hype.
