Hesham,

Nice to hear from you again.

Based on the information from the Council For Geoscience, the final report that was supposed to be delivered to us at the end of May 98 has been delayed until the end of June 98, the reason for the delay according to them is "an administrative situation occurred, causing the delay of most of our reports by approx. 30 days."

As for the "creepy crawler", the latest news we have from Namibia is that the tests have been completed, it is almost ready to be shipped to OTJUA (some of the wiring has to be refitted).

As you can see by our last release concerning the two joint-venture acquisitions, things are moving at a very fast pace, the President is in Toronto for meetings over the next few days and will be in London, England next week for more meetings.

Regards,

John
