Dear Daniel,

Regarding your question about 144s. Why would a company be motivated to sell shares of stock it owns it it believes they would be worth more if they waited a few months ? This is typically the question investors ask when key insiders sell stock in their company. Sometimes you can link insider selling as an indication that people who know the company the best have decided now is the time to cash in. It is an inexact indicator at best, since people sell stock for many reasons (like to buy something). Insider buying however, is considered a great indicator of future stock performance.

I'm not sure how insider selling should be interpreted for LTGL. For one, I had no idea that LTGL was filing with the SEC ! In a way, if true, would be a positive event. Now if we could only get a 10Q out of them !

Second, LTGL has been releasing millions of shares of stock to the public for several months. For Spencer and Arlene to sell a few hundred thousand shares should have no effect on the stock. Maybe they wanted to buy a new car.

Hope that helps,
Chris
