I just read the article in TSC about rumours of COMS being
take over. It's hard to believe. It just doesn't seem
to fit into their strategy. Thanks for the info. on
the poison pill.

BTW:

I very surprised to here you think that if COMS makes it's
number of .18c next week and cc is decent,
that we'd have trouble getting over $30-32
range. With the big drop in share price this last month,
the earnings forecast for this quarter has not changed.
(It's stayed at .18c)
There have not been any changes in upgrades or downgrades,
so this entire move has been unwarranted unless COMS was
extremely overvalued in the 32-36 range, which I doubt.
Possibly, longer term earnings estimates have been
reworked, but I don't think there's been any fundamental
basis for it....just plain old fear factor.
