Could they not have filed a 144 and are going to
sell when the news hits big? That's the way I
would want to sell my stock. Not when I knew it
was going to fall. Just a thought.

Dear Eric,

I respectfully disagree that an RS anytime soon would be good for LTGL shareholders. However, if Spencer can grow the company, get this stock to .25 - .50, then a 10:1 or 20:1 RS might be OK. But if he attempts an RS with the stock at .05 with no track record of growing sales and earnings, then an RS would be a clear indication that LTGL's number one product isn't neon car accessories, it's stock certificates.
