Just want to add some thoughts on why I invested to begin with.

When my broker recommended TPII to me hesitantly, he asked me
what I thought about the companies direction. Their product
positioning is perfectly positioned for market needs.

The groupware business is a booming viable market that continues to
grow. Information sharing and sales lead analysis is a hot market
which TPII does about 1 million per in sales(according to meeting
hand outs).

Client server Migration is the tool that caused this company along
with other companies to go into the Y2K market(acly also started
as migration company). The need to take existing applications
that run on older, slower, more expensive to maintain platforms
and convert these to newer, faster, sexier and more efficent
systems.

This in turn led to Y2K date scanning. The ability to quickly areas
of problems in source code and speed up the testing cycles which
should be 50% of the project.

Lastly the embedded market which opened up a whole new venue
of customers. I really don't want to seem like a cheerleader here but
I have been buying this stock steadily for 4 months now. The more
I read the more I buy. I bought my last 4,000 after the conference
call with Mr. Bemer.

P.S. I am generally very entusiastic on all my investments so don't
want to make it seem like I just a TPII guy. The thing is at $1.40
now the upside of this investment is mindboggling.
