Points To Consider

A stockholders' meeting is due.I say this summer in July or August.Public companies do tend to have them at some time.
Next, there are several ways to get the Nasdaq listing.Just apply. Or interested investors buy a small listed co and then "take over" DGIV at some agreed price.Jimmy would have to agree b/c he is the majority shareholder.Value Jet did a similar thing and became AirTran. They merged to get a different name.MTEI bought ICVI to get a listing on Nasdaq. It happens.
You have to look at how interested money could get into DGIV w/o a big dilution.I don't think Jimmy would go for a big dilution. He has worked too hard to come out on the short end. That is just common sense.Of course, this assumes that someone likes what we have.
Jimmy is gone a lot and he is not vacationing. So he must be working.Someone is willing to talk to him about his business plan or he would just stay home.Again, common sense.
I just don't see DGIV surviving as an independent entity. We are David against too many Goliaths. When the bait is attractive then bigger fish naturally want to swallow it up.It is happening with banks. Why not IP telephony too?
Also, contracts (Ks) mean revenue at some point. This year? 3rd qtr? Just don't know.
I am just thinking out loud.Have no answers. No opinions.Just meandering thoughts.Possible scenarios.Sure am looking forward to a meeting.Ought to be interesting.
