Wes, We each have our own sense of decorum. I would prefer to refer to RS as Mr. Rattle Snake or more informally as Puffy (which, as you may have guessed, derives from Puff Adder). You, of course, are entitled to address Rattle Snake any way you like. P.S. Regarding the alleged reasons for the firing of Tim Burton, I guess I am left with a choice: (1) Believe the story of a straightshooter named Wes who actually spoke to a director of AirStar about the event; or (2) Listen to a guy who calls himself Rattle Snake and who claims to get inside info from some "deep throat" within SSI but who never really explains how he knows what he claims to know.
