On the contrary, we cultivate and nurture relationships. There is no value in constantly flipping vendors and suppliers. Very expensive and inefficient. Why else do you think we fight like hell against government dictates like subcontract plans and the Mentor-Protege program? And why in the world would large companies invest their own money in ensuring that suppliers are Y2K compliant? So they can write them off after the event? K
