Bill Wexler:

What you think is not a concern. When you claim I have committed fraud, a criminal act, then you have slandered me. You should seek legal counsel on such matters before you make such claims.

As I stated, you are entitled to your opinion. However, you right to free speech does not include slander. Also, I am entitled to my opinion. Veronex is real and does have a viable Y2k solution.

There is no simple solution to the Y2k problem. In fact, I do not believe that most business enterprises can locate all of their original source code and consequently can not make their systems Y2k compliant.

The answer to the Y2k problem is to re-engineer the legacy systems. I|Nova offers the only feasible re-engineering solution which can complete the task before Jan. 1, 2000.

Please feel free to express any opinion you wish, just do not slander me or Veronex.

Regards,

David A. Hite
