NHC Communications has appointed three new members to its board of
directors during a meeting in June. Each member brings valuable years of
executive management experience, which will assist in expending momentum
for NHC's solutions.
Claude C. Frenette, LLB., M.A., co-founder and chairman of the board and
chief executive officer of Montaigne International Holdings. Mr. Frenette's
career has focused on the strategic aspects of international development
within government and private organizations, thereby gaining an expertise
in strategic planning and merger-acquisitions in the field of
communications. He redirected his public and political career to the
private sector. He also has served as vice-president of Power Corp. and as
a member of the board of several public and private institutions.
Pierre Deschamps, the vice-president of ACT International, a consulting
firm that assists small to medium size companies in their international
marketing efforts. Mr. Deschamps, has over 37 years of consulting, sales
management, international marketing and business development experience in
the telecommunications industry. His career began with IBM, in which, Mr.
Deschamps held various sales executive positions. Following IBM, as
co-founder and vice-president of market development of AES, Mr. Deschamps
established an international distribution channel network covering over 35
countries. Mr. Deschamps' expertise in expanding international marketing
efforts for small companies continued to evolve through his appointments as
vice-president and general manager for Unitel, and later as vice-president
of the information technology of Inno-Centre, a non-profit organization
assisting high technology companies in their start-up efforts.
Glenn James Poulos, president of Anritsu Electronic, brings over 16 years
of experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily in helping a
multitude of technology companies and government organizations expand and
improve sales and marketing activities. As president of Anritsu, Mr. Poulos
oversaw the implementation of strategic positioning and the development of
channel programs within telecommunications market. Mr. Poulos has an
outstanding track record of success in expanding demand within the telecoms
market for Anritsu products and directing the company into a renowned,
world class business.
