I have asked my friend who introduced me to AGTI to contact his source about the rumors. His source always seems to be right on when it comes to the penny stocks. My friend was told that the financing would be done shortly. Until he is wrong, I have to go with whatever he says. If I get anything that has validity, I will post it. As I mentioned on Yahoo, at this price it would be worth the bet for someone new to the stock to speculate a little.

first off, let me start by clearing my throat!!!! AHEM!!!! AHEM!!!! OK, NOW LET'S HEAR THE AGTI BATTLE CRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF,WTF,WTF,WTF,WTF,WTF,WTF,WTF WHERE IS THE FREAKIN FINANCING? now that is out of the way......... look, is this stock (co.) really worth only .03?? i think not..even with a float of 120M, that values the co. at only $3,600,000! They have over 7 million in "stuff" alone, plus the patents, plus the niche marketplace that is relatively untapped, plus the various connections that even the old "terrible" mangmnt. established... No! this stock is worth much more than .03 just in potential! But, as is usual in the stock market..THE STOCK IS ONLY WORTH WHAT THE MARKET WILL BEAR! so at this point because GOD NEIMAN has not knocked anyone's socks off....YET..... we are where we are... The bottom line is this... Is this co. bullshitting all of us long term investors?? I DON"T KNOW.. only GOD NEIMAN and perhaps a few other insiders really know if anything positive is really in the works.. Those 1 million shares traded FOUR different times today have been pointed out as "SELLS", but correct me if i am wrong.. even if they traded at the bidding price, there HAD TO BE BUYERS THAT PURCHASED THEM.. SO.... that was 4 times approx. $30,000 ea time... Either 4 individuals plunked down 30 g's or maybe one person.. who knows!!! interesting though..... my final thought: It just does not seem logical that the co. would put out a press release asking us all to stand by...that all good stuff was ready to happen, if it was all Bullshit! Think about it.. they simply would have said nothing.. They knew that the press release was not going to drive the stock up..so it wasn't a ploy to have the stock pop up a few cents so that insiders could "dump"...It seemed to me to be an honest statement that they are nearing financing and possibly nearing other positive happenings.... That statement was ONLY a week ago.. I say give the co. a few weeks..like by next week to bring forth some "real" news.. If that does not happen, then here we are again with AGTI management giving us nothing!!! that would be really shitty... let's see what happens! as far as the "rumors" that flew by here today..... who knows? sometimes rumors do come true.....usually not, though..as we all know! YO, GOD NEIMAN, WHERE's THE FREAKIN FINANCING? at this point haven't you proved to the banks or the powers that be that this little co. is ready to make money?
