IMPORTANT A message from Jack Arnold: _____________________________________________________________________ Attention CVIA shareholders: On Tuesday, June 16, 1998, the court vacated (removed) the temporary restraining order entered on June 3rd. As a result of this temporary restraining order being vacated, Corporate Vision's attorneys are applying for attorney's fees and costs from the plaintiffs (Keith Anderson, et al). A preliminary injunction hearing is in process and is expected to be completed by Friday, June 19, 1998. While this hearing is in process, the court has required CVI to maintain the status quo.
