Now just waiting for the formal Aquasol shareholders meeting?

I suspect that the due diligence between Napier and Aquasol has been completed. Following the DD the private shareholders of Aquasol are sent - via mail - notification of the shareholders meeting - and 21 days later (minimum required by law) the meeting is held to vote on the merger.

I suspect that we are now in that 21 day period - don't know where - but somewhere in there. Owen Hoffman of Aquasol told me that when he had canvassed the private shareholders, that of the 75% he had talked to that they were 100% for the merger. The meeting will then just be a formality. I suspect that within a few days of the meeting that the (huge) all-in-one News-with-fundamentals will be released (which should also refer to Napier's links to Ford, Amoco and Textron as I said in Msg#546 here).

This scenario makes a lot of sense to me. With the institutions now wanting `News-with-fundamentals' - and not `just another News release' what's the point of putting out News that the DD has been completed? That's not a fundamental - however - a formal vote approving the merger is one.

I'll try and touch base with Owen/Jason tomorrow - if not - would someone else also do likewise and post your findings. What I'm looking for is the date of the Aquasol meeting.

Thanks,

David in Ontario
