No disagreement from me on the issue of corporate self-responsibility. We have an obligation to avoid a "tragedy of the commons" style economy. My libertarian views stem from gov't agencies deciding to throw out the baby with the bathwater when they decide to press a legal claim or worse yet, use enforcement of the law of the land in could be construed as an attempt to advance their own personal career goals or expand their power base.
