Papaya King, All of the info confirms what we know. Inventories of oil are up and a reduction of 1.2 to 1.5 MM bpd will still take a long time to bring them back into balance. Unfortunately, I do not see anything that will address the Price of crude / positively effect drilling activity and the service companies that depend on it.
